Edible Plants Growing Wild -The Guide.

I've often wondered if I could survive in the wild eating natural wild plants in the outdoors.

I believe first I would need to be able to Identify them. Here is a book and a list of natural plants that can be eaten in the wild. never be afraid to pick and eat in the wild again.

This cookbook and documentary is an eye opener for learning the beautiful edible plants growing all around us.

There is a whole natural edible grocery store and all we have to do is pick and eat.

Asian Style Coconut Cream & Marrinated Tofu

 This Dish is a treat  I was craving Thai food and I was hoping to recreate the flavor of this popular Asian Soul Food. But in lockdown, It would be impossible to go to a restaurant for this. So I had to think quick! and I just happen to have found these ingredients at Trader Joes. this dish was inspired because I missed the flavors of lemongrass,  creamy coconut milk, and hot spices. I must admit this is the best thing I have made all year. No doubt about it!.! These are the ingredients and how I made: marinated Tofu w/ Lemongrass, Tumeric, with Coconut Cream- long name huh! 1 to 1/2 package of Trader Joes firm Tofu 1/4 cup of soy sauce 1 table of brown sugar 1/2 package mixed vegetables. 1/8 cup of scallions 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
