Dry Burshing & Self- Massage To Make Your Body Tingle

Dry Brushing And Self- Massage

Power up your day with this morning ritual. This wonderful self-styled massage practice will make your body tingle from head to toe. Not only will it help you physically to relieve tension, but it will also help with anxiety and promote the feeling of being emotionally supported for the rest of the day.

It has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries and this practice is called Abyanga.  Abyanga is Body Brushing,  which was crafted I believe to detox the upper layers of the skin and exfoliate dead tissue, the sebaceous and sweat glands can carry out their function more efficiently when pores are free from debris, sweating moves toxins out of the body better, and dry brushing helps in this process to an even better degree.

A natural plant-based bristled brush is used, right before you get in your shower, or bath. Brush the skin with gentle light strokes starting at the bottom of your feet working your way up to your heart. Bypass the delicate areas, all the way up to your neck each limb one at a time. It is not recommended to brush the face. Follow this brushing routinely with a bath or shower using natural soap, to wash off the dead skin. Dry off and follow up with rejuvenating natural full-body self-massage using a blend of Essential Oils and carrier oils.

Chi Nei Tsang, Taoist Massage, My personal experience

Mantak Chia Taoist Master       Che Nei Tsang Chi Nei Tsang, where the hands are used to direct the Chi (Qi) through the belly region distributing the energy throughout the body. When done properly with deep breathing, toxins and gas are expelled from the belly along with tension. The nervous system is calmed, and revitalized. Ephphatha- An Opening for Healing-Mark 7:34

What a revelation to know Jesus has a very special healing word. We find it in Mark 7:34,  Jesus used this transformational word to open the heavens to bring down the healing grace of God to a deaf man.  The place where it happened was Decapolis( 10 cities), in Greece and was an area in the Roman Empire bordering Judea. In the Bible it didn't say why he was there, I suspect he was there on a healing tour because that is what he did and still does. When he came there a man was brought to him and the people begged Jesus to heal this man we don't know who he was, but he was obviously special to the people. So Jesus pulled the man aside and stuck his fingers in his ears and spat on his tongue and then Jesus said the word in Greek "Ephphatha". The Aramaic translation means Be Open,  and the Greek form of the word means  "Be opened in order to make a connection".   While performing the miracle for the deaf man Jesus looked up into the heavens, and in an audib...
