The Essential Oils

Rosemary essential Oil.- long known for its invigorating qualities and is also an herb for burning, in your home,  or steamed in a for memory, and used to this day in of Greece for students studying. The volatile oil is an analgesic and stimulant when applying to the skin. It's a warming herb that stimulates memory and the blood in your body. It can be applied to the back of the head for migraine headaches. That's why it's such a good massage oil, it's fab for brain circulation.

Mix 6 drops to a four-ounce bottle of massage oil. Used on the head it's good to stimulate the hair follicles. Natural hair shampoo that's another discussion for a Blog sense using this remedy I've had a healthy scalp, never having dandruff.

Lavender Oil, This gem of an oil is a deeply relaxing oil and relieves muscle spasms. It's also used as an antidepressant, antiseptic, and antibacterial. Like Rosemary, Lavender stimulates blood flow, but with a milder effect. When used in the evening in a massage oil or in a sachet pillow it will put you right to sleep. You may also put a couple of drops in our bathwater, so breathe deep. I like to put it right on burns, it heals it right away, reduces scarring, and can be used neat, right on the skin,  it's so soothing.
Put several drops in your base oil for a calming massage.

Birch Oil a French medicinal oil used for rheumatism, muscular pain cramps arthritis, tendonitis, hypertension, and inflammation. Birch oil is also good for cleansing and draining the lymphatic system, other uses are healing edema, reducing fever, and discomfort in the joints. Add a couple of drops to 4 drops in massage base oil.

These three essential oils are just three of many therapeutic essential oils for use for massage. Not only that they are the best quality of oils made ethically and crafted and harvested with fair trade standards.
