 This Dish is a treat  I was craving Thai food and I was hoping to recreate the flavor of this popular Asian Soul Food. But in lockdown, It would be impossible to go to a restaurant for this. So I had to think quick! and I just happen to have found these ingredients at Trader Joes. this dish was inspired because I missed the flavors of lemongrass,  creamy coconut milk, and hot spices. I must admit this is the best thing I have made all year. No doubt about it!.! What a revelation to know Jesus has a very special healing word. We find it in Mark 7:34,  Jesus used this transformational word to open the heavens to bring down the healing grace of God to a deaf man.  The place where it happened was Decapolis( 10 cities), in Greece and was an area in the Roman Empire bordering Judea.
